Age Restriction: kaya98 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. We use third-party age verification services and review all submitted KYC documents. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach that may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.
3.2 When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

3.5 Account registration is free of charge. kaya98 does not charge registration fees. Any third-party transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
4.1 kaya98 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request and at any other point deemed necessary for compliance and security purposes. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
4.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
4.3 All submitted documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and in a supported file format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Documents in a language other than English or Indonesian must be accompanied by a certified translation.
4.4 kaya98 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document set. Complex cases may take longer. You will be notified by email of the outcome of your verification review.
4.5 Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. kaya98 reserves the right to close unverified accounts and return deposits to the original payment method where technically feasible, minus any applicable transaction fees.
5.1 Deposits. kaya98 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits from unapproved payment sources may be rejected and returned.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review before being credited to your Account Balance.
5.3 Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within 5 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer or e-wallet transaction. kaya98 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit ("same-source rule"), subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

5.7 kaya98 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, high-value, or potentially linked to fraudulent activity. Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
5.8 Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to accounts held in the Player's own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 kaya98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all kaya98 promotions:

7.1 The kaya98 Platform offers a range of gaming and betting products, including but not limited to: live casino table games, slot games, sports betting (including coverage of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and the UEFA Champions League), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other gaming formats. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.
7.2 All casino games on kaya98 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and table games.
7.3 For sports betting, all wagers are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football). kaya98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — kaya98 will use all reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance.
7.5 kaya98 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any form of unfair play. Winnings derived from such activity will be forfeited.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kaya98 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Where a breach is detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account, void all pending bets and game sessions, forfeit all Account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the kaya98 Platform — including but not limited to the kaya98 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of kaya98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any form of copying, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kaya98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting kaya98 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
13.2 Termination by kaya98. kaya98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, kaya98 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including any real-money funds, as damages for the breach. kaya98 will provide written notice of any forfeiture decision and the reasons for it.
13.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. kaya98 will notify the Player by email at least 30 days before applying an inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month to the remaining balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the Account will be permanently closed.
14.1 kaya98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kaya98 holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 Any dispute between a Player and kaya98 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized international commercial arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent kaya98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
15.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
